Our Story

Arizona Printworks was founded with a simple goal: solve real-world problems for UTV owners using modern engineering and manufacturing.

What started as a focus on 3D printing quickly evolved into something more. As projects became more complex, so did the tools—leading us into advanced CAD design, scan-based modeling, and rapid prototyping.

Today, Arizona Printworks operates at the intersection of:

  • CAD part design
  • Scan-based / reverse-engineered fitment
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Additive manufacturing

We work with customers to take ideas from concept to functional reality—whether that means improving an existing design, creating a completely new solution, or developing a prototype for testing and refinement.

Our roots in off-road and UTV performance still drive what we do. We understand the demands these machines face and the importance of parts that not only fit—but function reliably in real-world conditions.

One example is our Can-Am X3 trailing arm bushing tool—designed to give DIY owners a practical, professional-grade solution without the need for expensive shop equipment. Projects like this laid the foundation for what we do today: combining engineering, experience, and manufacturing to solve problems the right way.

As technology continues to evolve, so do we. With advanced scanning capabilities and ongoing development in CAD and manufacturing processes, we’re expanding beyond products into full-service design and prototyping solutions.

If you have an idea, a problem, or a part that doesn’t exist yet—we can help you build it.
