Remote Reservoir Relocation System (RRRS) for Can-Am Maverick XRS models with remote reservoir rear shocks.
1. Place Bushing (2) on top of Body (1).
2. Place lock washers (6) on Bolts (4) followed by Flat washers (5)
3. Loosely install all four fasteners through RRRS Body (1) into the reservoir and then torque to the mfg. specified torque value for your vehicle.
4. On the driver side, remove the CVT filter cover. Install clamps and reinstall the CVT filter cover before attaching the relocation assembly.
5. Place Sleeve (3) into body (1). Place the body and sleeve onto the frame as an assembly.
**It is IMPORTANT to note that the relocation assemblies are an interference fit on the frame. The inner diameter of the sleeve (3) is smaller than the outer diameter of the frame. This is by design. The tension placed on the assembly by the frame is an essential part of the design of the RRRS. The tension turns the frame into a key structural component of the assembly.**
6. Push the assembly onto the frame rail until you can get the clamps onto the RRRS assembly and then tighten the clamps to close the gap between the assembly and the frame. Make sure clamps are tight. Be sure to check the clamps occasionally to insure there is still tension on the system.
